I got a hat in game and one through the idler, both gone along with a plethora of unlocks. Would it have been too much trouble to say "don't idle, you will get banned"? I won't throw some hissy fit and threaten to never buy from them again, but I'm not sitting around in servers to get back the items I lost. I guess it's just one of those things really.
